On-Call Policy
Please note that after-hours on-call services are available for post-surgical and post-procedure patients during the post-surgical/procedure period, and for patients seen by a provider in the office within the last 7 days.
If you are experiencing a new or chronic problem, and have not seen our providers in the last 7 days, please schedule an appointment during normal business hours.
Our office is not equipped to handle medical emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, please go to the nearest emergency room, urgent care center, or call 911.
We do not provide after-hours telephone or virtual consultations for new or chronic problems if you have not been seen in the office within the last 7 days. New prescriptions and prescription refills will not be called in after normal business hours.
Calls to the physician totalling more than 5 minutes will be billed to insurance, and subject to applicable out-of-pocket copays, deductible and coinsurance fees, in accordance with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) rules and guidelines.
